What Does Membership Include?
Hoover Field offers three monthly package options. Each option includes: 2 - 80 minute team practices per week, split into 40 minute cage (includes 3 cages) practice, and 40 minute field practice. Extra team filed practices can be purchased for $90 for 40 minutes, based on availability. All packages are based on a 11 player minimum.
What Does Membership Cost?
TEAM PACKAGES
Package A
• 12 Month Package: Annual Fee $900 per Participant (May be paid in 12 monthly installments of $75 each, due on or before the 1st day of each month)
• 2 – 80-minute team practices per week , [Split into 40 min cage (includes 3 cages) practice; and 40 min field practice]
• Free single cage usage for Participant, based on availability. Can be booked 1 week in advance, in 30 minute increments.
• Early access scheduling for season up to one year in advance. Early access schedule must be turned in by September 1 to be guaranteed, team may opt to book monthly and will have priority over all other packages.
Package B
• 8 Month Package: Annual Fee $800 per Participant (May be paid in 8 monthly installments of $100 each, due on or before the 1st day of each month)
• 2 – 80-minute team practices per week [Split into 40 min cage (includes 3 cages) practice; and 40 min field practice]
• Single Cage Rental for Participant, based on availability [30 min single cage practice $15 per use].
• Monthly prescheduling for team.
Package C
• 5 Month Package: Annual Fee $625 per Participant (May be paid in 5 monthly installments of $125 each, due on or before the 1st day of each month)
• 2 – 80-minute team practices per week [Split into 40 min cage (includes 3 cages) practice; and 40 min field practice]
• Single Cage Rental for Participant, based on availability [30 min single cage practice $15 per use].
• Monthly prescheduling for team.
Additional rules:
*Extra team field practices can be purchased for $90 for 40 minutes, based on availability.
*All monthly schedules are due between the 15th through 20th of the preceding month and spots will be allotted on first come basis. 12-month team packages take precedence over all other packages.
*All packages are based on a 12 player minimum. Coaches are responsible for working with team members to ensure all players are current with dues. (Hoover Field will provide them with status report if member is delinquent.) Any team who does not show all players as current will forfeit practice until such members are in good standing.
*Hoover Field reserves the right to prohibit the online cage rental ability to any participant who books and does not show up for allotted time schedule more than 3 times in a 12-month period.
